Human trafficking is the exploitation of the vulnerability of not just children or women but also men. Traffickers mainly target people who either look vulnerable or are in severely unsafe environments.

Anyone who falls under one of these categories in any part of the world is has a higher risk at being targeted.

• Teenagers with a juvenile/criminal record

• Impoverished people

• Children in the foster care system
